Holding multiple degrees and certifications, including being a Chartered Builder and Project Manager, Dean has accumulated over 25 years of experience in roles such as Architectural Technologist, Surveyor, Project Manager, Programme Leader, and Chief Advisor. His notable projects include contributions to the House of Commons and House of Lords Palace of Westminster Security Programme, MK:U, a new university for Milton Keynes, Met Police Estate Renewal Programme, and MOPAC Met Police Counter Terrorism Hub, Belvedere Regeneration Programme, Stag Brewery, Mortlake and Circle Housing Association Programme, among others.
